hexagon plaza unfolding

some more progress from this past weekend. still a wonder that 30 tall lawn bags later, we've still got more to clear out. a quick peek from the camera phone shows a preliminary layout for the plaza in the garden.

this saturday (08/07) we'll be adding legs to create raised seating, planters, storage, etc.. shaping a shady gathering area for these hot days!

BAC Installation Team Orange sketches

It would be interesting to round the corner on the installations. This could be achieved by extending and wrapping the seating to continue a short while past the planter area.

Tuesday, May 4, 2010

This could be installed in front of the BAC and filled with vegtables or flowers

Design Development Phase Team Orange

The framing is located every 12" O.C.
A singular unit would complement a storefront by allowing the garden to grow across the from of the window while providing a display area or seating and tabletop.

Design Development Phase

Framing at 6" O.C.

The concept shows the framing members located every 6" O.C.

Design Development Schedule

This schedule is to be updated as the design progresses and should be considered moving target.
